Technical operation of oil casing workers
Points for workers' technical operations:
1. Parameter setting: Set the test pressure value and voltage stabilization time according to the specifications of the petroleum pipe to be tested, the steel grade (in short, the material of the petroleum casing pipe), and the thread type (button type).
2. Perform a full-length hydrostatic test on each petroleum pipe. The actual test pressure and minimum voltage stabilization time must meet the requirements of the process card (sometimes, the voltage stabilization time is appropriately adjusted according to the quality of the raw materials);
3. During the pressure test, always check whether the seals are intact, whether there is leakage, and there are no traces of water leakage;
4. Oil pipe test , pressure control range: ≥ standard hydraulic test pressure;
5. Fill in the hydrostatic test records carefully.
