The Philippines platform project was successfully delivered

After several times of communication, the customer told us that this order is a small project, are scaffolding accessories products, including steel plank, aluminum ladder and lashing wire, are used for building platform construction. Meanwhile, the project order needs these products within one month, the shorter the delivery time, the better.

After receiving the inquiry, we immediately analyzed it, found the corresponding size of the inventory products according to the customer's requirements, and communicated with the forwarder about the shortest shipping date. After all problems are understood and solved, we quickly provide customers with competitive prices and satisfactory delivery time.

The customer suddenly contacted us on weekend and told us that his client needed to increase the quantity. We need to give them a reasonable plan to calculate the size of the container loading, which should not only meet the weight and quantity, but also cannot waste space. In the first time, we communicated with the customer by email and telephone, and provided the best plan for the customer.

Everything pays off. The customer sent the PO to Xinyue on Monday. Within 15 days, we arranged the booking of shipping space, and the order was delivered smoothly. We will take every customer's demand seriously. No matter it is a weekday or a weekend, we will try our best to give customers a quick reply and our support.
